1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TimeCue (timecue.app), operated by Motionxpro Limited ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using TimeCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
TimeCue is a professional event timing platform that allows users to create, manage, and display countdown timers for live events, presentations, church services, conferences, and other productions.
3. Account Registration
To use TimeCue, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans
TimeCue offers Free, Pro, and Teams plans with varying features and limits. See our Pricing page for current plan details and features.
4.2 Free Trial
Pro and Teams plans include a 14-day free trial. You must provide valid payment details to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4.5 Downgrade Policy
If you downgrade from a paid plan, your data is preserved but access to features beyond Free plan limits is restricted. We never delete your data due to downgrade.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TimeCue for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate the rights of others
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
TimeCue and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Motionxpro Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using TimeCue (room names, timer content, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. TimeCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motionxpro Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of TimeCue is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motionxpro Limited and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@timecue.app.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of TimeCue after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
